VL Ring Crown 3 Pendant Opal - Louis Poulsen

VL Ring Crown 3-5-7 Opal is a chandelier designed by the Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen. He designed the strongly rounded lampshade in the 1940s, and its aesthetic is reminiscent of the Thanks to the high quality of the handblown glass, the lampshade always appears uniform. The opening at the base allows for a concentrated, downward-facing light while also illuminating the surroundings in a soft and cosy glow.
The brass base is a gorgeous contrast to the opal glass, giving the chandelier an elegant, Scandinavian expression. Brass continues to dominate in the world of design, so the chandelier is a good addition to modern décor. Over time, the untreated brass will develop a patina, so each lamp will eventually change expression and become well and truly unique.
